About this position:

Your daily work

We need you as a IT consultant and system architect with a focus on medium-sized companies.
Your day-to-day work will usually consist of remote activities, but occasionally we may need you to visit our customers on site.
You can work from your home office or any other suitable workplace, regardless of location. We would also be happy to set up a space for you in our office or provide you with a membership for a co-working space of your choice.
As a technical consultant, you will design and implement technology from the Microsoft business environment. Commonly used products include Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Stack HCI, and Microsoft Azure. Experience with VMware virtualization and classic infrastructure components is also helpful.
As part of our team, you will of course find support in an experienced, technically brilliant team that will welcome you with open arms and train you intensively on the job.

What we wish from you

First things first: You should enjoy supporting customers in their challenges and helping them to find their way through the thicket of IT solutions – you don’t just want to be an admin, but an IT architect. In addition to dealing with different characters, this also includes the necessary empathy for end users and their user experience, as well as an understanding of business processes and the customer perspective.
You have experience with the Microsoft environment and know how to work with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Furthermore, you should have a basic understanding of common network protocols and services (for example DNS, DHCP, OSI layer model).
You want to develop further in the area of hybrid cloud solutions and are open to new technological approaches.
Motivation, commitment and the will to actively contribute and perform are more important to us than an educational background or degree.
