COMPANY

A specialist.
Not a system house.

We specialize in mission-critical infrastructure and work with in-house IT teams. On the decision, on the change and in the running of your business-critical systems.

01 — HOW WE WORK

Three principles.

Facts, not opinions.
We judge independently of what a vendor wants or what earns us margin. We turn complex technology into options you can follow. And where advising against is right, we advise against.
Responsibility until operations are stable.
We stay from the decision to the sign-off, not just to the presentation. Sound matters more to us than elegant. Documentation, the ability to recover and training are part of the result, not an appendix.
With your IT team, never around it.
What your team knows about the systems goes into the decision, your team gains its own experience during the project, and we back its recommendation on technical grounds in front of your management. After the project you can do more than before.
02 — WHO THIS IS FOR

The question that decides it: how long
may your IT stand still?

Not the industry, not the size. The answer to this one question decides whether we are the right people.

DAYS — BEARABLEOthers fit better here: a classic system house, a user helpdesk.
HOURS — ANNOYINGUnpleasant, but the business carries on.
MINUTES — CRITICALProduction, supply or customers are affected immediately.
ZERO — MISSION-CRITICALThis is where we are at home. Downtime is not an option.
ASPECT — PRODUCTION Your production depends on IT The control room, process control and logistics all build on central IT infrastructure. If the platform stops, operations stop.
ASPECT — REGULATION You have to produce evidence Critical infrastructure rules, NIS2, DORA or BSI: your resilience has to be evidenced, not asserted.
